If we're right, it's our credit, but if we're wrong, it's certainly someone else's fault. We blame the other for something that didn't go right, for something we did wrong or even when something negative occurs in our lives.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br>Many of us believe that the other person is almost always the one to blame.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br>If you have identified with these thoughts, perhaps it's time to reflect and assume some of your responsibilities.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p id=\"viewer-7ceg4\">Our biggest enemy is usually ourselves. It's much easier to accuse others, than accepting our weaknesses, defects and imperfections. Our pride often prevents us from looking at ourselves, our attitudes, what we are not doing and what we could improve.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br>It is not a simple task to look inside and admit your mistakes, but it is possible. Self-responsibility and awareness is a powerful key. Only when we accept where we are and what we are going through that integration can take place.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br>To walk through this journey of self-responsibility, be aware of certain habits that can hinder the process, such as victimizing yourself, making excuses and self sabotage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><br>Remember, the best way to deal with our enemies is to face them head-on and become aware of them. N\u00e3o \u00e9 uma tarefa simples come\u00e7ar a se enxergar genuinamente e assumir os pr\u00f3prios erros, por\u00e9m \u00e9 poss\u00edvel. A autorresponsabilidade \u00e9 uma chave poderosa. Apenas quando aceitamos onde estamos e o que estamos passando, a integra\u00e7\u00e3o pode acontecer. Para te ajudar nesta caminhada de auto responsabilidade, fique atento a certos h\u00e1bitos que podem atrapalhar o processo, como se vitimizar; \u201carranjar\u201d desculpas; a auto sabotagem, entre outros. Lembre-se, a melhor maneira de lidar com os nossos inimigos \u00e9 encarando-os de frente e tomando consci\u00eancia deles. N\u00e3o tenha medo de errar, aceite que falhar faz parte da vida e que a solu\u00e7\u00e3o est\u00e1 dentro de n\u00f3s.
